Libby Hatcher joined the Nightlife Band in 1982.
Libby began taking piano lessons at age 6 and played her first church service when she was 7.
Libby immersed herself in music in high school joining the school band, the chorus, and the GLEE Club.
She is a graduate of ETSU, majoring in music and specializing in vocals and piano.
Libby has played for churches for over 23 years. She frequently substitutes for various churches around the area.
Libby says that she enjoys performing with Jerry Pierce & The Nightlife Band. She has met many people over the years and their friendship has become very precious to her.
Jim Black is the drummer for the Nightlife Band, having joined the group in 2005.
While in the 5th grade Jim was playing in the high school band. By the age of 15 he was playing in clubs in Toledo, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan and traveled quite a bit in the late 50's through the 60's. Jim was playing these areas when Motown started and he played many shows with a lot of big name entertainers.
Jim took a break from playing in the early 70's and returned to the drums in 2002.
Jim says he loves every minute of entertaining with Jerry Pierce & The Nightlife Band.
Ronnie McKee left the Nightlife Band in late 2011 after playing the best of Johnson City music for 30 years!
Ronnie started playing bass guitar with Jerry Pierce & The Nightlife Band in 1981 when Jerry formed the band.
Ronnie will always be a part of Jerry Pierce & The Nightlife Band if only in sweet memories.
